Families, please take a few minutes to complete our Student Dismissal Plan Google Form! This form helps us know how your student will be getting home each day and is an important part of making sure every student gets home safely. 💙
We understand that dismissal plans can vary from day to day, so please fill this out to the best of your ability. If any changes need to be made after completing this survey please reach out to our office staff Samantha Gorham or Lisa Jennings.
